Well, it's official, Ashton likes corn on the cob, so much so that after he ate his he tried to get mommy's and daddy's.

I keep talking about Ashton's new toy but I can not ever seem to describe it, so here it is. His favorite new toy!!

I wanted to brag on Ashton's daddy some. As some of you know Matthew is going to college to be a graphic design artist. He has just recently started his drawing class here and Brown Mackie in Louisville and this fall we will be moving back to Atlanta so that he can continue his education at The Art Institute of Atlanta. (the grandparents are so happy) I wanted to show you the drawings that he has just done. Now keep in mind, he started this class at the beginning of the month. Check out the progress.

Here is Ashton enjoying his car! He doesn't go anywhere in it, he just sits in it and climbs in and out or slames the door shut on it. He does like to put things in the trunk! I also have encluded a picture of his new friend Lily. Lily came over to play Saturday and her and Ashton had a blast! Lily didn't know how to crawl yet when she came over but her mommy emailed me today and said that she was crawling now!! Yeah for Lily!!!

Well here is Ashton just being Ashton. Isn't he adorable... yet right anyways, don't let that cute face fool you. This boy even though he is not two has hit the terrible twos which is driving mommy crazy!!! :) He actually behaves well when it's all three of us, but when it's just me and him OMG, the kid is something else!! But he was behaving at the time these pictures were taken and of course he was as cute as ever! The first picture shows him double tasking, brushing his hair and drinking a bottle, the second and third picture shows him being very still for his daddy. He actually let Matthew do that to him and stayed still for a good few seconds and then laughed away. The fourth picture shows a very thirsty baby, to bad I had already poured the water into his daddy's pillow(thankfully actually or he would have been a very wet baby). The fifth picture shows Ashton sitting in a paper tray playing with a few toys. He sits on and in the darnest places. Well I hope you have enjoyed, they were fun to take.

An update on Ashton's new words. He is now saying TICKLE and of course, only when he wants too. :)

My First Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

This is Ashton's first PB&J sandwich. He really enjoyed it, so much so that he put it in the floor to play with his book and stepped on the sandwich. I had to go grad a wet washcloth and clean the sandwich out from in between his toes and off of the carpet and tile. It was a funny moment!!

I don't torture my son, what are you talking about??
